Developing a charge interface between EpicCare and IDX

Our client was rolling out EpicCare, but didn’t have the time or the money to roll out Epic Resolute yet. Instead they wanted Hayes to design a charge interface between the two systems. Since the EpicCare rollout was not yet complete, the interface needed to be able to handle future expansion. Hayes provided project management and subject matter knowledge, including knowledge of billing functionality.
